Our bikes may be stationary but they will take you as far as your mind wants to travel. All it takes is one ride to go there. Will it be easy? Definitely not. But will it be fun? Abso-f#(!n-lutely.
Go from stuck to soaring, timid to tenacious, tired to inspired in 45 minutes. It’s more than a workout. It’s SOUL.
Mental Shift
Imagine walking into SoulCycle carrying the weight of your day, week, year—and coming out feeling refreshed, recharged, and ready to slay the day. That shift is Mind Altering Fitness.
The ride is the same for everyone but your journey is unique. So the next time you’re on the bike, make sure you look for it and you’ll find it.
Fun Cardio
Picture this: Shoes clipped into your bike, head down, palms gripped tight. Mind focused, legs burning, heart pumping, music thumping. One push after another you keep up with the climb, hit the peak, feel the exhilaration.
You had fun and you did more for your body, mind, and soul than you know. You’ve arrived—this is what you came for.
Somatic Coaching
When you’re on the bike, breathing, pushing, sweating—in that blur between body and mind, you can let go. Because you’ll always be caught, your SoulCycle instructor will guide you and inspire you to do your best.
Lose yourself to find yourself. The journey is yours.
Your New Pack
The moment you walk into SoulCycle, you go from solo to surrounded, just like that. Tap into the energy of the room. Take up space because you belong. On your brightest day and in your darkest hour—your pack is here for you.
Bring Your Own Bestie (BYOB)
Bring a new friend to SOUL, and both of you get your next class on us. Because sharing what you love makes it even better.
Arriving 15 minutes before your class starts is key to having a whole SOUL experience. Trust. A rushed set-up is no fun. And if you arrive after the class has already started, we may not be able to accommodate you.
Once you’re there, introduce yourself to someone at the front desk. Everyone in the black studio crew shirts is there to help you.
They’ll show you around the space—including the changing rooms, bathrooms, lockers, the works.
They’ll also help you set up your bike, sign the new rider waiver, and anything else you may need for your ride.

Honestly, wear whatever you want, just get ready to get sweaty!
We recommend going with your favorite workout gear that makes you feel good. A sports bra/top and form fitting leggings or shorts that stay out of the way of moving pedals. For our rides you’ll need cycling shoes that are Look Delta clip or SPD clip compatible for the class. But you don’t have to worry about them because you can always rent them at the studio for $3—your first time renting is on us. But if you prefer to bring your own, do it!
If you’re riding SoulCycle Outside, make sure you bring weather appropriate clothes.
If you’re in the market for some cool new sets, check out some of our favorite picks.
We ride to the beat of the music—but feel free to sit down, take a break, chill out if you want to. Remember this is your ride.
The playlists are curated by our instructors individually for each class. No two rides are ever the same.
Our class usually begins with a warm-up, then we move on to climbs and sprints, refocus with a weight series (pro tip: two more songs to go), chase one final cardio push, and end with a restorative stretch.
You can choose from our classic in-studio classes or come ride at SoulCycle Outside, it’s a whole different vibe.
Our classes feel a lot like a dance party—either dark in-studio or sun drenched outdoor location. It’s loud, sweaty and fun. But listen, if you’re not a fan of super loud music, we get it and we have earplugs for you at the front desk.
So dear rider, this was almost like a crash course wasn’t it.
Now, when you come to ride with us, you know to look for the shift, leave whatever weighs you down on the bike, and walk out feeling grounded, exhilarated, and inspired—taking this energy into the world.
We move you, so you can move the world.
